The\u00a0 first\u00a0 page\u00a0 will\u00a0 indicate:\u00a0 the\u00a0 title\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 article\u00a0 (which should\u00a0 be\u00a0 concise,\u00a0 complete\u00a0 and\u00a0 precise),\u00a0 the\u00a0 name\u00a0 of\u00a0 the author shall be followed by his academic rank, the name and the\u00a0 address\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 institution\u00a0 where\u00a0 the\u00a0 research\u00a0 had\u00a0 been carried\u00a0 out,\u00a0 the\u00a0 Abstract,\u00a0 Key\u00a0 Words,\u00a0 R\u00e9sum\u00e9,\u00a0 Mots\u00a0 cl\u00e9s (within 5 and 7). The text must be typed on the A4 format with double\u00a0 spacing\u00a0 on\u00a0 one\u00a0 side\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 paper\u00a0 only.\u00a0 Each\u00a0 page shall\u00a0 be\u00a0 numbered,\u00a0 and\u00a0 the\u00a0 subdivisions\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 text\u00a0 well\u00a0structured.<br \/>\n3- Authors\u00a0 are\u00a0 strongly\u00a0 advised\u00a0 to\u00a0 send\u00a0 their\u00a0 texts\u00a0 trough Internet in word on P.C or Macintosh at rigager@gmail.com<br \/>\n4- The\u00a0 abstract:\u00a0 every\u00a0 text\u00a0 must\u00a0 be\u00a0 accompanied\u00a0 with\u00a0 an abstract of not more than 200 words, and translated into the other language of the Journal. The abstract should enable the reader\u00a0 to\u00a0 understand\u00a0 the\u00a0 main\u00a0 focus\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 article and\u00a0 to\u00a0know\u00a0 the\u00a0 methods\u00a0 used,\u00a0 the\u00a0 results\u00a0 reached,\u00a0 and\u00a0 the problems raised. It must be written with the maximum of care and lucidity.<br \/>\n5- Bibliographic\u00a0 references:\u00a0 reduced\u00a0 to\u00a0 the\u00a0 ones\u00a0 absolutely necessary to a good understanding of the text, they must be quoted\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 text\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 following\u00a0 manner:\u00a0 (Atango,\u00a0 1975). Where there are more than three authors, only the first one shall be cited followed by &amp; al. The costs associated with the evaluation and putting on line of an article are 20 000 CFAF (30,5 \u20ac). A digital release costs 3500 CFAF (5 \u20ac), a digital volume costs 13500 CFAF (20 \u20ac), a paper volume costs 32500 (50 \u20ac).<br \/>\nThe\u00a0 electronic\u00a0 article\u00a0 has\u00a0 unprecedented\u00a0 potentialities\u00a0 by allowing instant access to a network of resources, references and\u00a0 debates.\u00a0 We\u00a0 strongly\u00a0 encourage\u00a0 authors\u00a0 to\u00a0 insert hypertext\u00a0 links\u00a0 to\u00a0 their\u00a0 sources\u00a0 (cited\u00a0 articles,\u00a0 simulations,\u00a0databases, etc.) in order to increase interactivity. Do not use tabs, spaces or page breaks, they will disappear when put online. For titles, please apply Style: Title 1, Title 2, Title 3 according to levels in Microsoft Word. Links should refer to sites that are accessible on the web and not to local files.<br \/>\nThe\u00a0 tables\u00a0 will\u00a0 be\u00a0 made\u00a0 under\u00a0 word\u00a0 by\u00a0 the\u00a0 menu\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0table\u00a0 + insert\u00a0\u00bb. Excel charts will be converted to images. Quotations are in quotation marks and in italics. References to citations are made directly in the text and not by footnote.<br \/>\nA quotation ends with a parenthesis indicating the author, the year. Ex. (Tchotsoua, 2001, Havard, 2001). If the name of the author is quoted in the sentence, indicate the date.<br \/>\nThe notes are at the bottom of the page with a call of notes in the text.\u00a0Spelling and syntax. The\u00a0 journal\u00a0 expects\u00a0 authors\u00a0 to\u00a0 have\u00a0 their\u00a0 article\u00a0 written\u00a0according\u00a0 to\u00a0 the\u00a0 common\u00a0 rules\u00a0 of\u00a0 spelling\u00a0 and\u00a0 syntax. The purpose of this type of format is to produce an image of less weight than the\u00a0 original,\u00a0 playing\u00a0 on\u00a0 alterations\u00a0 normally\u00a0 invisible\u00a0 (or almost invisible) by the eye.<br \/>\nThe recording in one of these formats must take place at the end of the processing of the image. That is when the image is\u00a0 ready to be published definitively.\u00a0 For the\u00a0 quality of the image deteriorates a little more each time irreversibly and that\u00a0can produce images that are totally illegible or unusable at the\u00a0 time\u00a0 of\u00a0 their\u00a0 publication.\u00a0 It\u00a0 is\u00a0 therefore\u00a0 strongly recommended to save an image in these formats only when all the desired changes have been made to the image.<br \/>\nUntil its last modification, the image should be saved only in lossless formats (PSD, PNG, TIFF) and at the end in JPEG or GIF format. The PNG format is most\u00a0 recommended.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Titles of illustrations<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe titles of the tables are placed above and numbered with Arabic numerals. For the other illustration\u2019s (figures, photos, boxes), the titles are placed after.
