It\u00a0 decides\u00a0 on\u00a0 the\u00a0 orientations\u00a0 for\u00a0 the journal,\u00a0 especially\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 light\u00a0 of\u00a0 the evolution\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 research\u00a0 problems\u00a0 in\u00a0 the scientific\u00a0 field.\u00a0 It\u00a0 proposes\u00a0 themes\u00a0 and Scientific\u00a0 Reviewers\u00a0 for\u00a0 the\u00a0 special numbers and validates calls for proposals.<\/p>\n
